INGREDIENTS
- 500g boerewors
- 4 brioche hotdog rolls
- 1 x 400g can
Rhodes Quality Boerewors Relish - 1 x 400g can
Rhodes Quality Baked Beans - 2 tsp Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- Salt for seasoning
- 5g fresh coriander, chopped
METHOD
- Braai the boerewors over medium-hot coals for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
- Place the Rhodes Quality Boerewors Relish and Rhodes Quality Baked Beans into a medium sized pot, add the Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder and Hinds Spices Ground Coriander and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Cut the rolls in half, fill with sausage and serve topped with the relish. Sprinkle over fresh coriander.
