Mix together the olive oil, rosemary, Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice and garlic. Pour the marinade over the chops and set aside for 10 minutes.
On a kebab stick, skewer red pepper, baby marrow, cherry tomato, patty pan and red onion. Repeat this process. Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Make a braai, and braai the lamb chops and veg skewers over a medium heat for 20 minutes. Turning every 5 minutes.
