INGREDIENTS
- 250g haloumi
- 250g brown mushrooms
- 250g button mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
METHOD
- Cut the haloumi into cubes and the mushrooms in half. Skewer onto a kebab stick, alternating the mushroom and haloumi.
- Drizzle over the olive oil, and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- Make a hot fire, and braai the skewers over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through. Enjoy with a side salad.
