INGREDIENTS
- 1 baguette/french loaf
- 100g butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped.
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
METHOD
- Cut the bread into diagonal slices, not cutting the whole way through.
- Mix the butter, Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb, chopped parsley, Hinds Spices Crushed Chilies and crushed garlic.
- Spread the herbed butter into the slices and wrap the loaf in a double layer of heavy-duty foil.
- Place the garlic loaf onto the hot coals and braai for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
